THE PROBLEM

Future Focus were experiencing growing pains in all aspects of their business, in particular their IT. While their current IT provider had been supporting their needs when they were a smaller team, the provider was simply not equipped to be able to support the rapid growth of the business.

Future Focus’ main pain point was that their current IT provider did not have the capacity and skill level to provide the required support to a business in its growth stage. This resulted in Future Focus needing to utilise multiple different companies to support their IT needs. This was often messy and time consuming for them.

As Future focus continued to add branches, they quickly realised they needed someone to look after all IT as a ‘one stop shop’. They met with the VisionLab team to discuss their needs.

THE SOLUTION

Initially, VisionLab ran an extensive audit on Future Focus’ current IT systems. We then provided a comprehensive plan to help their business move forward in their growth path.

Visionlab now manages all IT for Future Focus, across their multiple different branches. We also work alongside 3rd parties such as architects and builders when Future Focus want to open new branches, to ensure the IT infrastructure is planned effectively at the outset. This has streamlined the entire process around opening new sites.

Now the team at Future Focus can put their time and energy into what they do best, knowing that their IT needs are taken care of.
